Ohen Device Transfer

Use the chat icon below for assistance with the ownership transfer of an Ohen Device. All devices come with therapy support and value-added-services. These services are linked to the registered customer only. A transfer request transfers ownership, add-on-services and therapy support to another person.

 

When you must not request a device transfer: 

  1. If you are a spouse or family member using the device, we can add an additional member for contact support (offline only via email or our office WhatsApp number +27 61 817 9629). For online support, the main account holder will be the registered online account for support. You may only have one login online which will be the main account holder.

  2. If you are a wellness centre, your centre and its employees relevant to the wellness centre relevant to the branch will all have contact access offline. This must be validated by an official company domain as an email address and as set up on the account by the main account holder (or main contact person).

 

You must reopen the chat for each device and provide the email address on your account. Both parties must complete this form within 48 hours. You will then be required to book a full service for the device being transferred.
