We kindly ask for your patience as our couriers manage high volumes. In some cases, you may expect deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays (Internet Express and The Courier Guy deliveries).


No national line hauls will take place on December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1. This applies to most couriers. Ohen unit servicing will continue throughout December, but please note that there will be an additional turnaround time of 2-5 days, excluding courier delays, from December 18 to January 4. Repairs due to user damage and any replacements may be unavailable from December 12 to January 4.


From December 13, 2024, to January 4, 2026, our email support will be closed. However, the website live chats on ohengroup.com (Ozone Therapy) and ohengroup.co.za (Online Store) will remain open. The members app for ohengroup.com and academy.ohengroup.com (Ohen Academy) will also be available during this period for support.


All operations will resume on January 5, 2026.
