Christmas Gifts for Everyone


Christmas Trading Days

  • Our online store will be open throughout the holidays with the usual shipping delays over this period. We kindly ask for your patience as our couriers are managing high volumes. In some cases, please expect deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays (Internet Express and The Courier Guy deliveries).

  • No national line hauls will take place on 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January. This applies to most couriers.

  • Ohen unit servicing will continue over December with 2-5 days additional turnaround time excluding courier delays from 18 December to 4 January. Repairs due to user damage and any replacements may be unavailable from 12 December to 4 January. 

  • From 13 December 2024 to 4 January 2026, email support will be closed.

  • The website live chats on ohengroup.com (Ozone Therapy) and ohengroup.co.za (Online Store) will remain open.

  • The members app for ohengroup.com and academy.ohengroup.com (Ohen Academy) will also be available over this period for support.

  • All operations will resume 5 January 2026.
